Strength TogetHER : Cohort 13

June 12,2021 Coming togetHER LOKOPAKAR is an organisation that supports youth development and strengthens one's qualities, skills and flourishes them accordingly. Currently, it has been running the following programmes: 1. Strength togetHER 2. UDAAN 3. Margadarshan 4. Mental health series Strength togetHER is a safe place that allows young groups of girls to go through the confrontations of their related life experiences and helps them to achieve and sharpen their competencies.  Cohort-13 had it's first basic introductory session on June 12, 2021 from 4pm to 5pm. The event was conducted on Zoom under the compliance of Sambridi Karki (coordinator of cohort-13). Our first meeting began with short good tidings of every participant. Also, we discussed several subjects that we'd like to talk through in many other forthcoming sessions. I was quite anxious as I wasn't very sure of my self-esteem but I soon grew in confidence.
