February 12, 2022 From every end comes a new beginning. We came to our last session. We planned a simple ending, but due to some issues there was not enough participation at the end. We roughly had 10 participants where 3 of them shared their experience of being a member of a cohort. Our first speaker shared how it helped her to be vocal about her feelings. She also shared that she now was more confident than ever and wished to participate in Cohort like this again. Our second speaker shared the same thing. She added how she found a group of people that she can trust. She said she found a safe space where she can share her experience and thoughts here. Our next speaker said how she feels good for being a part of this journey. She found a place where she can share her feelings without being judged  and where she also got to know that she is not the only one. It gave her more strength and power. Jan 29, 2022 A Time I Felt Mentally Tired Tiredness can be mental too. On this topic we had invited Situ Shrestha, who  is a final year undergraduate in community development at Kathmandu University School of Arts. She is the Co-founder and Regional Coordinator at Me For Myself (M4M), an international campaign on mental health and well being. She is also a peer educator at Y-PEER Nepal providing education about SRHR-Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. She enjoys watching movies and series and also has a keen interest in art, design and more.   Our session started with a short introduction of all participants. November 27,2022 Happiness is everywhere. We just have to look for it. We had a session with Shreya Thapa on the topic "WHAT MAKES YOU THE HAPPIEST." Shreya Thapa identifies as a cross-cultural Nepali who is always thirsty for new experiences and explorations. Over the last 10+ years, she's worked in journalism/media/freelance writing and the development sector. Shreya believes school should never get in the way of our learning and encourages a worldview that is based on love, gratitude, and wholesome nourishment of the self. We had around 11-12 participants for the session. Our session began with the introduction of the participants and the moderator where we had to mention our name and hobby. October 2, 2022 Is it necessary to be inspired only by the popular and rich figures of society? I guess the answer is NO. If we see around us,  there are so many things from which we can be  inspired. To discuss and share about the same thing we had our 7th session on 2nd October, 2021 at around 10am. We had Bhawana Malla as our moderator. She is a business development manager at Access Education and she also partners with universities in the US and helps them scout talents in Nepal. She believes in personal growth and is a woman of strength herself. She loves to paint the beautiful scenarios which she witnesses in her daily life. September 10, 2021 To stay quiet is to stay suffering. One of the most important topic is Sexual Harrasment. We have heard, seen and been a victim once in our lifetime. Female of any age has been a victim at least once in her life. Some choose to speak, some are scared to speak and some are unaware that they are being sexually harassed. Our sixth session was based on the topic. The participants were very involved in this topic sharing their personal experiences related to it. There are many aspects in this topic, most of them we covered. For today's session we had Tejaswita Kharel as our moderator. She is currently working as a lawyer in Kathmandu. As a lawyer she seeks  to help increase the need for legal literacy in Nepal on various matters and more so, On matter relating to women rights and fundamental rights. She advocates for the need of qualitative and accessible legal aid to victim of sexual harassment and violence against women. For the session we had around 20 participants

14th August 2021. HEY, IT’S BLOOD BE CAREFUL. Not every living creature goes through the beautiful journey of menstruation. Though it has its own pros and cons, let’s consider it as a beautiful journey because it will give birth to a  new life in this world. But it is very necessary to take care of ourselves during those times. Menstrual hygiene is one of the main topics that should be discussed. Maintaining no hygiene at that time of the month can result in many incurable diseases. We had our session on 14th August having the topic of menstrual hygiene. We had two moderators for this time Shalu Parajuli and Roshni Shrestha. Shalu Parajuli is currently working as a student nurse in OCVS study. She has worked as a member of the steering committee of BPKIHS student’s wing of Nepal national unit of UNESCO chair in bioethics for a period of two years. July 24, 2021 YOU ARE IMPERFECTLY PERFECT  In this world not everyone is the same. Physically, mentally and in every aspect people are different from each other. To accept ourselves the way we are is one of the precious gifts  we can give ourselves. On 24th July 2021, we had a session on the topic of "Accepting The Way I Am," where we had around 12 participants. Shreya Shrestha was our moderator. She is a final year student at BAMS. She has started her fitness journey on YouTube since 2020. She is a content creator. She encourages people to follow healthy diet plans and lifestyles.  Our session started  by welcoming our moderator. She introduced herself and after that we went directly to the speakers. Our first speaker for the session shared how she had eating disorders and how she overcame it.
